Delivery & returns


All online UK orders will be sent out by Royal Mail with a signed for option. Wholesale UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail signed for or by a courier depending on size of order. If there is no one available to sign for the goods the Royal Mail or courier will leave a card with details of how you should contact them. You can provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery. If the delivery is not signed for courier will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery (within same postal code area). Due to the increasing costs of transport, courier services will now make only one further attempt to deliver your order, after which there may be a charge for any further attempts. If you fail to contact them to arrange re-delivery your parcel will be returned as undeliverable. Should your parcel be returned to us, there will be a further delivery charge to re-send your order.

Processing Your Order

We aim to process all orders with 3-4 days on receipt of your order.

Returns Policy

If a damaged/faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement.


All goods must be paid in advance at the time of ordering via the online PayPal shopping cart. Trade orders will be paid by PayPal or bank transfer

Damages and Errors

Please check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or shortages within 5 working days of your order being received. Please retain and keep all packaging materials used for inspection by the courier or Royal Mail.
